Demag Chain Hoists

Demag supply chain-hoists for loads up to 5 tonne. These are ideal for jib and monorail applications, being relatively inexpensive and easily installed.
The current DC range of chain hoists come in both Com and Pro rating and are available with either two-speed motorised or push/pull trolley.

DC Com Hoists:

The performance specifications of the DC-Com chain hoist are tailored to applications for normal, every day use, with all the features you expect from a high-quality Demag product.

  • Plug and play – all connections plug in for easy installation and setup
  • Ergonomic handling
  • Compact and quiet
  • FEM classification 1Am / M4
  • Two hoist speeds as standard

DC Pro Hoists:

The DC-Pro chain hoist has all the benefits of the DC Com, with added benefits:

  • Higher FEM classification 2m / M5
  • Variable speed control available as an option, for smooth and sensitive load handling.
  • Higher performance.
  • Even longer service life, main parts require no maintenance for up to ten years
  • Service friendly: all relevant components are integrated beneath a cover
  • Monitored brake/clutch system - no load slipping or dropping
  • Pendant display of the relevant operating parameters

Hitachi’s reputation for excellence in design, quality, reliability and performance has made this brand a global market leader. Hitachi Electric Chain Hoists are suited to most applications where a 1Am / M4 FEM rating is required. They are available for single or 3 phase applications and models range from 250kg to 15 tonne, single or two speed.
